1. Player Eligibility

• Players may register in only one category – U12, U23, or Above 23 (till the age of 36).
• If a player is physically fit, they may participate even after the age of 36, subject to organizer approval.
• A valid Aadhaar Card must be provided along with two passport-size photographs during registration.

2. Player Responsibilities

• Players must arrive in white cricket uniform.
• Participants are solely responsible for their valuables. Organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
• Organizers will not be held responsible for any physical injury. However, first aid services will be provided at the venue.

3. Selection Process

• The selector’s decision shall be final and binding. No disputes will be entertained.
• Results will be communicated via SMS, Email, Newspapers, or displayed at the venue.
• The list of shortlisted participants from each city will be published on nclclashleague.com.
• Any player providing false information will be immediately disqualified and debarred.

4. Venue & Event Rules

• Organizers reserve the right of admission at all venues.
• Venue and event dates may be changed without prior notice.
• Organizers will take precautions, but are not responsible for adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events.
• Match results can be verified within 3 days of publication. After that, no claims will be entertained.

5. Refund Policy

Cancellation of registration is not allowed. As per our policy, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This rule applies equally to all participants.

6. Code of Conduct

• Players must maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and respect towards fellow participants, officials, and organizers.
• Any form of misconduct, abusive behavior, or violation of rules may result in immediate disqualification.
• Use of alcohol, drugs, or banned substances is strictly prohibited.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to NCL will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
